Meet Emily Meade, Integrative Counsellor
Emily brings a wealth of training in supporting individuals struggling with eating disorders, addiction, and complexed trauma. With a degree in integrative psychotherapeutic counselling and additional training in addiction and trauma-informed therapies, Emily’s approach is both relational and adaptable, allowing her to meet each client exactly where they are.

I have BSc and advanced diploma in psychotherapeutic counselling, and I am currently counselling for the NHS Wellbeing service. Over the last 13 years I have worked with individuals suffering from addiction, domestic abuse and I am currently managing and facilitating groups for a eating disorder service.
